RSOrder's Live Chat took awhile to initiate my call (about 2 minutes).  However, when it was answered the answers were fairly prompt.  The agent did not speak fluent English, but was able to answer my questions.  The site has a $100 limit for Paypal which is pretty low.  Most sites are $200 or more.  They are clearly based in China and therefore are docked marks for safety.

R2Pleasent.com is a Sythe-established website that has been in business since February 2007.  The Live Chat call was accepted instantly and answered promptly.  All questions were answered in fluent English.  50M RS2007 Gold is $84.50 USD.  Website is located in Canada, therefore it is much safer than sites based in China.  Deliveries are done quickly by the Live Chat agent taking the call.  Very little personal information is requested at checkout, and you don't need an account to place an order.  That makes the site very easy to use.

This should answer where to find the Best Runescape Gold Site in 2015.  We tested each site by comparing the cost of 50M RS2007 Gold, and entered their Live Chat to test response times.  R2Pleasent.com was the clear winner in most categories.  The website has been redesigned to make it very easy to use, and the customer service has long been the benchmark that other websites attempt to achieve.  

Buying Runescape Gold - Is It Safe?

Many players in Runescape choose to buy RS3 and RS2007 gold everyday.  On our website, we process up to 100-200 orders per day.  With all these people buying GP, it begs the question, is the process safe?

However, the company selling GP can only do so much.  The customer must also take precautions after a trade to ensure their own safety.  Firstly, if you are buying gold, don't tell anybody in-game.  Seems obvious, but some people still make the mistake of telling others through Runescape that they have bought or sold gold.  Keep it to yourself!  Many people will get jealous and report you through the RS system.

Secondly, you go from ~0% risk when buying gold to much higher risk once you start selling gold.  If you are looking to sell your gold back to a shop, then just understand you are now taking a real risk with your account.  Jagex can and will ban people selling RS Gold.  If you are serious about keeping your character unbanned, resist the temptation to resell gold.  It's not worth the risk if you have spent years perfecting your character.

Finally, avoid using third party programs which you do not trust.  The use of macros / bots carries a real risk of ban, and can have your account flagged.  I'm not going to tell you what to do, but just understand that these programs increase the risk that your character will be temporarily banned from Runescape!

Runescape 3: Trade Limit Bypass Method

Jagex implemented trade limits on Runescape 3 in 2012.  Newly created RS characters could now only trade a maximum of ~50,000 Runescape Gold.  This could be removed by putting membership on the account you are using to trade.  This is a guide on how to get past the trade limits without membership.

#1: Find a safe place to drop trade

Throughout its 5 year+ existence, the company has delivered orders through trading, Bounty Hunter (2008), Grand Exchange (2009-10), and trading/staking (2011-present). The organization became recognized through forums across the Runescape Black Market, and now serves over 5,000 unique customers each year.

1) Customer Service. R2Pleasent.com has agents from Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia. We cover nearly all time zones, and all of our operators are fluent in English. They are all extremely well trained to deal with problems, and are empowered to make their own decisions when dealing with conflict. Many of our customers we know well, and have become good friends. We allow trade via stake or direct trade.

Brief Description: Runescape Gold site based in China, operating under the company "Withgames". Their website describe themselves as: "We are a group of dedicated players who have come together to provide services for the community so that you, our fellow players, will be able to enjoy your play time to the fullest."

1. Customer Service. Slow, impersonal. "Hilary" told us we could not order exactly 100M, and had to order 100 + 20M bonus. There was no option for 100M. She gave short, slow responses to all our questions. Felt like a big company with one-two overworked staff members. Was able to stake or trade.



Rating: 2

2. Price. 100+20M bonus costs $63.58. This works out to $53 for 100M.

Price: $52.99

3. Delivery Times. Gold4Fun claimed that they could deliver the order within 10 minutes. They claimed not to require Photo ID.

Rating: 3

4. Overall Experience. Feels like you're buying from a Chinese farming site. You'll get what you paid for, eventually, but if anything goes wrong, expect huge delays. You'll need to find their manager, because Live Chat agents have 0 power to help you with anything beyond a perfectly regular order.

Next, let's check out USFine

Brief Description: USFine is also a Chinese gold selling website, with a bit smaller feel. Their website describes their service: "Usfine has more than 5 years experience in MMORPG field. Our advantage is our LOW PRICE. It is easy to find out that our prices are lower than most other sites. Why our prices are usually lower than other sites? Because we monitor our competitors prices and try to make the lowest prices all the time. But please note low prices does not mean poor quality or service. Our successfully running in past 5 years can prove everything."

1. Customer Service. Faster replies than Gold4Fun. Agent was only able to answer simple questions. Could not stake the gold via duel arena.

Rating: 2.5

2. Price. USFine really does have quite cheap rates. Same issue as Gold4Fun, could not purchase 100M flat, had to use the amounts listed on the site. 120M = $55.27

Price: $46.06 for 100M

3. Delivery Speed. Biggest problem, USFine asked me for my Driver's License on a small 108M order. Was unwilling to deliver until this was completed. Usually, gold allow these sized orders to process without providing photo ID. This was a disappointment with USFine, and severely slows down the delivery speed.

4. Overall Experience. I was surprised with USFine's low prices, and quick customer service reps. However, they did not know what stake trade was, and they required a ton of verification for the order. Overall, I can say the experience was better than Gold4Fun (better have your driver's license handy!)
